Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of engagement between RBN Global Travel and its customers. By using our services, you agree to comply with the provisions stated below.

Tour Pricing

Tour prices are subject to change based on the number of participants joining the trip.

Accommodations

In remote locations, luxury hotels may not be available. Basic amenities such as uninterrupted electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi may not be provided in these areas.

Room Categories

Standard rooms are provided as part of the tour package, irrespective of hotel category. Any upgrades must be requested and paid for at the hotel, subject to availability.

Alternative Accommodations

For larger groups, accommodations may be split across multiple hotels. While we strive for consistency in room quality, minor variations may occur.

Special Requests

Requests such as early check-in or specific room preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which are the responsibility of the guest.

Meal Plans

Meals included in the package are either buffet-style or set menus. Additional items like beverages, soups, and desserts may not be included and will require separate payment.

Alcohol Consumption

We do not endorse alcohol consumption at high-altitude locations. If guests choose to consume alcohol at hotels, they must adhere to the hotel’s policies.

Triple Sharing Rooms

Rooms designated for triple sharing will include an extra mattress rather than a full-sized extra bed.

Water and Electricity Availability

In hilly regions, water and electricity may be limited. Some hotels follow scheduled timings for hot and cold water supply. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

ID Requirements

As per government regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID at hotel check-in. To facilitate a seamless process, IDs must be submitted in advance through the provided forms.

Camp Accommodations

Campsites in locations such as Sarchu, Nubra, Pangong, Jispa, and Chandratal offer basic amenities. Swiss Camps may include attached bathrooms; however, running hot water and electricity are typically unavailable due to the remote environment.

Potential Delays

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion, strikes, or other external factors. Guests are advised to be patient and board the vehicle as soon as it arrives.

Vehicle Usage

Vehicles provided during the trip are strictly for the planned itinerary and cannot be used for personal travel beyond the specified schedule.

Air Conditioning in Hilly Regions

In vehicles such as Tempo Travelers, Innovas, Xylos, or Scorpios, air conditioning will not be available while traveling through hilly areas.

Volvo Bus Services

Volvo bus services from Delhi to the tour’s starting point are provided by third-party vendors. In case of a breakdown, replacement arrangements will be made, though they may take time.

Meal Stops During Bus Travel

Volvo buses stop for meals at designated locations determined by the service provider, not by RBN Global Travel.

Tour Schedule

Guests must adhere to the tour schedule. Refunds will not be provided for missed activities due to late arrival or early departure.

Discontinuation of Tour

If a guest discontinues the tour due to illness, loss of travel documents, or personal reasons, no refunds will be issued for unused services.

Pre-Tour Services

If pre-tour services are availed but the main tour is not attended, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion.

Guest Behavior

We reserve the right to remove any individual from the tour if their behavior negatively impacts the experience of other participants.

Liabilities

Our liabilities extend to our employees, directors, managers, and agents but do not cover independent contractors.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change due to factors such as fuel prices and airline/rail fare adjustments. Any increases must be paid prior to departure.

Time Limit for Claims

Any legal claims regarding the tour must be submitted within ten (10) days of its conclusion.

Bookings Through Agents

For bookings made via travel agents, the contract lies between the customer and the agent, with RBN Global Travel acting solely as a service provider.

Discounts and Offers

Discounts and promotional offers may be altered or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Liability Disclaimer

If changes are made to a booked tour, guests may choose to accept the revised plan or select an alternative offered by the company. Compensation claims for changes, extra costs, or damages will not be entertained. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting actual expenses incurred.

RBN Global Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or delays occurring during the trip.
  • Loss or damage to baggage or personal items, even in cases of negligence.
  • Flight delays, overbookings, or route changes made by airlines.
  • Any force majeure events beyond our control.

Brochure Accuracy

We organize travel services but do not own or manage airlines, hotels, or transport providers. While we ensure the selection of reputable service providers, we are not responsible for their actions or shortcomings.

Responsibility for Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to service providers such as airlines, hotels, or transport operators.

Payment Terms

A specified initial deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment must be made as per our terms. Failure to do so may result in cancellation with applicable charges.

RBN Global Travel reserves the right to:

  • Cancel bookings before tour commencement with a refund of the deposit (excluding interest).
  • Modify or substitute any part of the tour without liability for resulting expenses or claims.
  • Make changes to these Terms & Conditions only through written notice.

Health & Safety Guidelines

RBN Global Travel is not liable for:

  • Health issues, injuries, or accidents during the trip.
  • Service disruptions caused by independent contractors.
  • Loss of personal belongings, even due to negligence.

Complaints regarding service providers must be reported in writing to both the contractor and our tour manager for appropriate action. Claims must be submitted within ten (10) days post-tour; late submissions will not be considered.

Force Majeure Clause

RBN Global Travel is not responsible for losses incurred due to events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. Any additional costs arising from such situations will be borne by the guests.

Bike Tour Guidelines

Participants in bike tours must:

  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of riding experience.
  • Assume full responsibility for their bike and safety.
  • Secure their belongings at all times.
  • Be medically fit for the journey.
  • Abide by local smoking and drinking regulations.

By booking a tour with RBN Global Travel, guests confirm their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
